What is a Sidelines phone volunteer?

Sidelines phone volunteers support women and their families that live near them by communicating via telephone. A phone volunteer will call the mom they support a minimum of two times a week to offer support, encouragement and a "listening ear".

Phone volunteers can volunteer by email too! If you want to do both then indicate that on the Prospective Volunteer Application Form.

If you are currently pregnant: We *can train you* while you are pregnant. But, once you are trained you cannot support someone until AFTER you deliver. Sidelines has a strict policy about not matching pregnant moms with each other.
